Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43100940) dated (8/3/1443), regarding the letter of the National Tobacco Control Committee No. (440323/1443) dated (5/3/1443), Reference is made to the anti-smoking system issued by Royal Decree No. (M/56) dated (28/7/1436), and what was stated in its seventh article, as well as Article 14, banning smoking in public places and causing a violation of (200) riyals, and requesting the application of the system Combating smoking in malls, centers and shops (whether they are closed or open) by raising awareness of the system through warning signs that include awareness of the prevention of smoking as well as the value of the violation as in the proposed design, and showing it in the squares and corridors, as well as controlling the violations through the security and safety personnel of the facility.
